Today, I have an idea to share with you. It's mainly about the here and now awareness. 
I have a little story here.


Here and now it's a same thing. That is the place without fear of the any assumed outcome. Here and now is the place without any distance. Without any idea of the anything else that you see right at on the spot, where you sitdown, laydown, walk around or drive around for example. Mind is trying to shred our focus all the time, here and there as they say. I think you are getting the picture. The solution usually founds if the people learn to focus their intention on what they see around at once like hundred procent at the precent moment. Sometimes we have to clear something out of our mind before hand, sort of saying.  We have to clarify the meaning of the present moment.



Mainly to learn the method as our very own behaviorism then the extra thoughts slides away of our mind and then the focus gets clearer for the instant scenery. The beauty of it rely upon to see everything from the deeper perspective, when anyone learn to see the specific details here and now then everyone's awareness gets deeper. All the inner sensations are getting full of what you truly see and experience, right now. I believe if every one of us could see the world some what of the place and the state like this, there should not be the meaning to rip off the others. In a sentence there is no need to feel better than anyone else around you, because anyone can see the beauty of the every precent moment and the shared experience with the full amount of the present moment.  Experience of the now moment will be too beautiful to ruin it with the aspects of the hurting others. Nobody wants to hurt each others if they feel more happiness of their every present moment and learn to respect the beauty of it, what they experience inside and outside of their very near surroundings. 



If you truly see and feel what I am saying with the clear understanding of it, you respect this idea without hesitation. As I am a wellness counselor. I'm trying to teach people to set their focus in to that what they usually experience related to the old connections to feelings or emotions which most often are connected to some kind of memory. When they can clarify those moments and find the reasoning of an old habit then the action and the wrong thought mechanism can be changed with a new idea or perspective of the fresh and new way to behave or to set a different focus that was there before. You see, then the responsibility is easier to comprehend with a respectful aspects.
